The
order is irrevocable and all monies paid (inclusive of registration,
paper fees, initial payments, GST) are NOT REFUNDABLE NOR TRANSFERRABLE
even in the event of cancellation for whatsoever the reasons. |

The
Centre reserves the right to change without the consent of the parents/guardians,
the days/times/teachers of all classes and courses as deemed necessary. |
| 3. |
The
Centre will be closed on all Public Holidays, Christmas Eve, New Year
Eve, Lunar New Year Eve, Third Day of Lunar New Year and Teacher's Day.
There will be no make-up classes for these days. |
| 4. |
All
monthly fees are due on or before the seventh day of the month. Thereafter,
a penalty of $10 a day shall be imposed. In any case, parents/guardians
shall settle all outstanding fees within one month after the due date. |
| 5. |
Parents/Guardians
are required to inform the Centre in writing by the seventh of the
month to withdraw from their courses. In any case, parents/guardians
must settle all outstanding fees within that month or the initial payments
and the security payments will be forfeited. |
| 6. |
Initial
payments, security payments and paper fees will be adjusted if specific
subjects. |
| 7. |
The
Centre will only reserve the child's place in his/her class should he/she
be away on vacation for strictly a maximum of two months only within
a one year period, otherwise a maximum of one month only for other reasons. |
| 8. |
Parents/Guardians
and their child shall indemnify the Centre, its management and its appointees
from any claims arising from accidental hurt/death during the class,
although the Centre shall take whatever precautionary measures necessary. |
| 9. |
I must
attend a minimum period of 3 months, otherwise, the initial and security
payments will be forfeited. |
