After much creative thinking and strategic planning, the blue print for the Enrichment Cluster Centres in Singapore was finalised.

Mentally, they had to get themselves out of the psychologically square box of their past in preparing and conditioning themselves and the Company to look beyond the horizons of Singapore.

To achieve all these, there was no alternative or short cuts but to diligently prepare their minds, bodies, souls to cope with the extreme demands of their new future.
