Today, only 13 years later, after going through the "school of hard knocks", they have an excellent showcase of 2 local Branches and 6 local Franchise Divisions which have presented the necessary platform for further local expansions.

They are not contented to just 'hentak-kaki' (a local term for "marking time"). They are doing the same again after 13 years, but this time they set up 2 local Cluster Centres in Singapore and intend to expand their Franchise into Malaysia, Thailand and China, which they are confident they will succeed in even though this being a new playing field.

There were numerous debates over the need for these additional service outlets. The issues were settled by our mission statement, it being:
