Organisation
Most of our tutors are full-time basic paid employees. As such, our tutors are more committed and dedicated in their work which will be specially beneficial to the students in the following ways:

Banding of Students
Students are grouped according to their individual academic abilities. In this way, each individual child can achievena positive and healthy peer presence, which not only motivates but pushes each child to develop their individual potentials independently.

Annual Tutorship Course
Whizland conducts compulsory annual tutorship course to ensure all our tutors are upgraded yearly to keep pace with the ever-changing academic demands in Singapore. Non-certified tutors by Whizland will not be employed so as to ensure quality tutoring and professional lesson delivery skills.

Tutor Specialisation
Our tutors are not allowed to teach more than one single subject. Tutors must achieve a minimum of 5-years first subject specialisation before moving on to their second subject specialisation. To attain 3 subjects specialisation, our tutors must have worked for a period of at least 15 years. This ensures all our tutors will eventually attain maximum exposure and experience for all 3 subjects.

Student Diagnostics
Continuous ability to identify and rectify the students academic weakness through longer period of monitoring, as opposed to what part-time/freelance tutors can offer as they may not have the continuity to teach and therefore be unable to perform diagnostics on the students' academic performance. Consequently, the students improvement is minimal.

Curriculum
As opposed to part time/free lance tutors, who set their own curriculum and teaching for an average of between 4 to 6 months, quality control of worksheets and commitment to the students are not achieved. With professional organisation like us, we have the necessary staff to be delegated SOLELY to perform the function of curriculum development, this bring along the guidelines of the school syllabus as directed by the Ministry of Education. Through this, the tutorial will be ensured of a clear direction and complete and smooth continuity.

Smaller Classes
It is the dream of every parent, sending their children to group tutorials to have small classes, so that each individual child has greater interaction with the teacher, thereby allowing the child to learn a greater amount, in a shorter time at a fractional of personal tuition. We will prefer our classes not to exceed 15 students and will be prepared to commence classes with as few as 5 students.
